Debt per family racked up by this government...

£29,520, according to the Spectator's Coffee House national debt counter.

No business (unless it's a too-big-to-fail-bank, of course), local authority, charity or family would be allowed to behave in this way. Why is a government? I wrote to my MP and asked what could we do about it (rioting being illegal), could we take the Government to court, demand they stop borrowing, get an injunction on them selling more bloody debt and get a grip on the national finances?

I got a reply telling me how good Conservative economic policy was, without enlightening me as to what it is. I would have to wait to find out, but BOY! would it be good? Oh yes!
